Valid Prescription Required: Prescription-only medicines can be dispensed only against a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner. The prescription must be legible and include the patient name, medicine, dosage, and the prescriber’s details and registration number.
Uploading a Prescription: Customers may be asked to upload a clear copy of the prescription during or after checkout. Orders for prescription items will not be dispatched until the prescription is verified by our pharmacist.
Verification and Rejection: We reserve the right to verify prescriptions with the issuing practitioner and to decline or cancel any order where the prescription is invalid, expired, illegible, or suspected to be fraudulent.
